Project approach
Our approach is based on working in partnership with our clients over the long term to gain the best financial rewards for both parties. There are four distinct phases in our proven project development process, all of which can be done at no capital cost to the client:
1. Feasibility - Initial viability and screening
- Sign client’s Confidentiality Agreement (if applicable)
- Site visit
- Waste surveys and onsite energy usage demands
- Initial technical solution and cost appraisal
Estimated duration: 1 month
2. Scope – Development of the solution
- Sign the Exclusivity Agreement
- Sampling protocol and laboratory tests
- Process design and site layout
- Cost estimate
Estimated duration: 3 months
3. Develop – Refining the solution and planning
- Enter into Development Agreement
- Site surveys and trials
- Detailed design
- Planning and environmental
- Contract award
Estimated duration: 12 months
4. Service – Construction and operation
- Contract administration
- Site support
- Commissioning support
Duration: 5 -15 years
