		Paul Ashworth - Chairman Paul is an experienced leader in the food service and waste management industries having served as Chief Executive in a number of blue-chip companies in those sectors. He is currently Executive Chairman of First Mile Ltd and Non-executive Chairman of InSource Energy. Paul has invaluable knowledge of food waste segregation and collection methods.

		George Fowkes – CEO George has an outstanding 12 year track record in carbon markets, renewables and waste, and has been instrumental in the foundation of six new businesses valued at over £250m to date. George joined InSource Energy in 2011, having previously performed mission-critical work for a public land renewables developer Partnership for Renewables, low carbon office developer Low Carbon Workplace Partnership and thermal waste processor ‘Sterecycle’. George gained his MA in Engineering from the University of Cambridge and has an MBA from INSEAD, France.

		John Scott – Managing Director A chemical engineer by profession John has been Managing Director of InSource Energy since 2007. With a background of designing and managing chemical plants around the world John has brought this expertise to the waste to energy sector.

		Justin Strutt – Projects Director Having spent 15 years working for one of the UK’s largest engineering companies specialising in waste water treatment and renewable energy via anaerobic digestion, Justin joined InSource Energy in 2006. Since then he has developed his technical knowledge to become an expert in the treatment of food and other organic waste.

		Tim Elsome – Business Development Manager Tim has over 10 years experience of establishing business opportunities within the food manufacturing, construction and process industries. With responsibility for building the project pipeline and managing this to financial close, Tim is the first port of call for all new business enquiries.
