One Two Three

InSource Energy develops anaerobic digestion projects that create sustainable energy from waste and effluent

We build, own and operate on-site anaerobic digestion (AD) plants that use effluent and other wastes to make heat and power. We work in partnership with food and drinks manufacturers to reduce two key operating costs: waste disposal and energy purchase.

As independent developers we offer bespoke solutions tailored to each individual project. With established links to many of the Europe’s leading technology providers we ensure the best available process design for each project and waste stream, minimising risk and maximising revenue.

As owners and operators our view is long term. We work in partnership with our clients to gain the best financial rewards for both parties. The host site pays less for its waste disposal and purchases heat and power from the AD facility at below-market rates. This can all be achieved at no investment or operational commitment from the client - and with no distraction from your core business. We are happy to discuss joint ownership if this fits your business model.
